How do I find my perfect fit?
We don’t offer custom sizing, so please refer to the Size Chart on each product page. For the best fit, compare your measurements to our guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery Timeline: 7 to 10 working days

Can I get my order faster for a special event?
Yes! If you need your dress urgently for a date or a special occasion, please message us on Instagram/WhatApp. We understand some dates are important and will try our best to speed up your order! No promise though

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we only accept Prepaid Orders.

Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not offer refunds or online exchanges. However, if you have a size issue, you can visit our physical store/workshop to exchange your item in person. Please message us on WhatsApp or Instagram before visiting so we can assist you!
