• Delivery Timeline: Orders typically arrive within 7 to 10 working days.

• Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for remote or less accessible locations.
  
• COD: Please note that Cash on Delivery is NOT available. We accept all major digital payment methods.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES At Kiaraah, we maintain strict quality control. As a result:

• No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds for any purchases.

• No Online Exchanges: We are unable to process exchanges via courier/shipping for online orders.

• In-Store Exchange: If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so exclusively at our physical store location.

Condition for Exchange: To be eligible for an in-store exchange, garments must be in their original, unwashed, and unused condition with all tags intact.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item:

• 1. Take a clear photo of the damage with the tags still attached.

• 2. Email us at info@kiaraah.in within 24 hours of receiving your package.

• 3. Our team will review your request and assist you with the next steps.
